Cancellation Policy
A friendly reminder
• You have within 48 hours to cancel your appointment or reschedule.
• I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Any cancellation made within 2 hours before the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• No Call, No Text, and No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost with your credit card on file and you will be on Ban List.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible.
